4. Warranty & Returns

NexusAI products include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. Our 30-day return policy applies to products in original condition. Extended warranty plans are available for purchase.

NexusAI shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or translation inaccuracies.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Shenzhen, China.
